So had me at Pumpkin Pie ** protein pumpkin pie

Super easy to make, basically just like your typical pumpkin pie.


INGREDIENTS

1 can pumpkin (15oz)

¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

¼ teaspoon ground ginger

¼ teaspoon ground cloves

½ teaspoon sea salt

2 scoops 1st Phorm Level-1 Pumpkin Spice Latte

2 large eggs (whole)

1/4 cup of milk (I juste Horizon whole milk).

For the crust I used the Keebler Graham Mini crusts... will make 8.

DIRECTIONAL

1. Preheat over to 350 degrees

2. In bowl mix all dry ingredients together then add in your wet ingredients.

3. Fill pie crust

4. Bake for about ? Minutes. I really didn’t time it just when the toothpick came out clean I took them out of the oven. It was about 15-20 minutes.

**this was a little trick my grandma taught me**

5. Let cool and add some whip cream if you’d like.
