Blueberry Lemon Cookies

Cookie Monster is in the house again aka ME! -

Blueberry Lemon Oatmeal protein cookies made with Level-1 Blueberry Muffin. Here is the ingredients. 1 cup dry oats 1 cup flour I used brown rice flour 1 1/2 scoop blueberry muffin protein powder. 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 1/2 cup Blue Agave or Honey Zest from 1 lemon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup fresh blueberries

Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. Mix all dry ingredients together first, then add in your wet ingredients.Mix just until the ingredients are evenly mixed. 3. Add in the blueberries. 4. Spoon the batter onto the baking sheet, forming 24 cookies that are evenly spaced apart. 5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the bottoms of the cookies are lightly browned *** DON’T OVER COOK***
