Blueberry Protein Parfait

Staying on track with a diet sometimes sucks.

I get it sometimes you’d rather have that ice cream instead of the Greek Yogurt.

Until you’ve tired the Level-1 Blueberry Muffin.

I got a little fancy but you can just throw 1 cup of Greek Yogurt in a bowl mix 1/2 scoop of blueberry muffin in add 50g blueberries and top off with a handful of granola.
